Unaware of the Possibility

Most of the time, we’re truly unaware of the actual possibility within our lives. We may know about materialistic things we want, or how we might want to be perceived or how we may want to feel, but often we may not be aware of what we could truly accomplish. This is largely due to the limitations that we have been conditioned to believe, or from our environments. When we’re young children, we have grand imaginations that allow us to believe that we could be astronauts, professional athletes, performers, entrepreneurs, and whatever our hearts desire. We weren’t conditioned to use logic or make decisions based on fear and lack. We freely allowed ourselves to imagine.

As we get older, learned behaviors, traumas, and fear influence our decision making skills and limit our disposition to change. We get stuck in logical thinking patterns instead of listening to our intuition and we steer from our soul’s purpose.

So how do we create more possibility in our lives if we’re unaware of what is even possible? We have to uncover our limiting beliefs and fears. When you think about a desire or goal and find yourself thinking negatively or telling yourself you can’t do something, you are uncovering a limiting belief. The only way to change is to become aware of the things that need changing. Once you determine a limiting belief, you will be able to unravel the story behind it and heal.

If you can recognize that life can be different for you, you have already done half the work. Believe in the possibility that things can change. Change is the only constant in life. Believe that good things can happen for you. Believe that you will learn what you need to know when you need to know it. Show gratitude for your life. Recognize the abundance that you are surrounded with. Life can be easy and fun, and things can work out.

By adopting these beliefs, you will start to notice changes around your life. Things will start to fall into place, things will feel easier and more fun, positivity will be painted in your day to day life. Possibility will start to open up that you didn’t even know existed. You will be able to listen to your intuition and trust the universe.

The Patterns In Our Lives Are Not Permanent

Do you run into common patterns in your life? For example, are you constantly pleasing other people? Do you find yourself in financial stress? Do you attract poor relationships? These can be signs that you have limited beliefs that are turning into patterns into your life.

What’s great about patterns, is that once you recognize them you can change them.

But how? You might ask.

Limiting beliefs are thoughts that we choose to think every day. A thought is something that can be changed by thinking a new thought. So instead of choosing to think the negative, limiting thoughts, create affirmations to say when you catch yourself slipping into an old pattern.

For example, you get a bonus at work but then there’s a problem with your car that you have to spend money on. You may have a limiting belief that you are not worthy of having money, or on some level you believe in burdens or debt. When you catch fearful and limiting thoughts once you receive money or think about money, tell yourself these affirmations:

“I deserve an abundance of money.”
“Wealth comes easily to me and it is mine to keep.”
“I am worthy of money.”

You may not believe it at the moment, but these affirmations will help train your brain to think of new thoughts.

Think of it like a train that normally goes on the same track, but the conductor switches the route onto a new track, bringing the train to a new place.

A lot of our beliefs are things we picked up or learned from childhood. They are beliefs that have been passed down from generations that served a purpose back then, but no longer fit into our lives. It’s our job to break those patterns and create new, positive beliefs that can expand the boundaries of our lives.

Everything in the human body works together. Our nervous system, our limbic system, our lymphatic system, our organs, our muscles, everything functions innately with every cell and atom of your body. So when one thing is imbalanced, or you’re experiencing a certain emotion for a long time, your whole body will be affected by this issue.

Everyone is constantly being exposed to outside factors that may affect the body. Our society is always living at a certain level of fight or flight, activating our cortisol levels and creating adrenal fatigue. This alone can cause imbalances.

We are also exposed to more on a daily basis through our phones than our ancestors were exposed to their whole lives. The information overload and constant stimulation can also interfere with our hormones and nervous system.

Mental health diagnoses have increased exponentially over the years and the United States has become one of the most medicated nations. The more you think a thought, the more nerves grow to create that belief, and those beliefs can turn into different ailments in your body. What you think is what you become. This means that whatever frequency you are thinking consistently, can also be the same frequency as certain diseases.

That neural network carries that specific disease, sickness, ailment throughout your body and you are living in that negative frequency and that disease. If you feel trapped by a condition, we need to start by changing the frequency of the body and that starts by changing your thoughts and changing your belief system. Once your beliefs change, your perception of reality changes.

Once your reality changes you’ll start to pick and choose things that support your beliefs. This can include careers, relationships, paths and decisions. On the other hand, if you have a belief that you can’t get better, you will tag an emotion to that belief and it will feel impossible to see any other reality. You will also choose your career, relationships and life path, but it may not feel in alignment to your soul.

It’s important to remember that you have control over your life, you have control over your thoughts and you can change at any point. See how you feel when you do things, what thoughts are you thinking, how could you be kinder and more forgiving to yourself? How to Change a Negative Narrative

The way we grew up, the beliefs that our parents and ancestors had, and the way society shapes us can all have an effect on our personal narrative. We may think that because we grew up poor, we don’t deserve to be lavishly wealthy. Or we may believe that we can’t reach certain fitness goals because our bodies aren’t built a certain way.

These are examples of limiting beliefs. Limiting beliefs are anything that your mind has created to stop you from achieving or manifesting whatever you want. What’s important to know about limiting beliefs is that they can be changed. A belief is just a thought that has been programmed into your subconscious by your mind. You may not even know you have a limiting belief about something. For example, you want to get a new job but you don’t think you have enough skills to get the position you want.
