By increasing the frequency of your body, we are getting you back into alignment. Emotions carry certain frequencies and can affect the way our bodies feel and perform. Anxiety comes in all shapes and sizes. For some people, it shows up in small habits like picking nails, skin or hair. For others, it’s a full blown panic attack. They can’t think straight, they feel like they are suffocating and the world is collapsing around them. Some people can’t fall asleep at night, drive their cars without dread, or use an elevator without breaking a sweat. For many years, the symptoms and signs of anxiety weren’t widely known. People would suffer, and believe that something was wrong with their physical health, relationships, and confidence. There weren’t a plethora of tools available, therapy wasn’t openly talked about and many people felt ashamed to have a mental health disorder.

Having anxiety can feel like it’s impossible to ever not feel anxious again. That’s the problem with the disorder, it feels like it’s taking away your power to feel peace, joy and alignment. The smallest tasks may feel like the biggest thing on your to-do list, like going to the grocery store or paying your bills. On the outside, it may look like you are depressed, but it’s the emotion of anxiety debilitating you from accomplishing the things you want to. It can feel helpless, and lonely.

When anxiety is taking over your life, it means that there is an emotion stored in your subconscious that is making it difficult for your body to release the panic, worry and fear surrounding simple things. You are no longer in a state of alignment, but you are living in fight or flight. Energy Sound Frequency Therapy gets to the root emotion stored in your body that is causing this anxiety and panic. What is Your Neural Network?

Everything in the human body works together. Our nervous system, our limbic system, our lymphatic system, our organs, our muscles, everything functions innately with every cell and atom of your body. So when one thing is imbalanced, or you’re experiencing a certain emotion for a long time, your whole body will be affected by this issue.

Everyone is constantly being exposed to outside factors that may affect the body. Our society is always living at a certain level of fight or flight, activating our cortisol levels and creating adrenal fatigue. This alone can cause imbalances.

We are also exposed to more on a daily basis through our phones than our ancestors were exposed to their whole lives. The information overload and constant stimulation can also interfere with our hormones and nervous system.

Mental health diagnoses have increased exponentially over the years and the United States has become one of the most medicated nations. The more you think a thought, the more nerves grow to create that belief, and those beliefs can turn into different ailments in your body. What you think is what you become. This means that whatever frequency you are thinking consistently, can also be the same frequency as certain diseases.

That neural network carries that specific disease, sickness, ailment throughout your body and you are living in that negative frequency and that disease. If you feel trapped by a condition, we need to start by changing the frequency of the body and that starts by changing your thoughts and changing your belief system. Once your beliefs change, your perception of reality changes.

What does it mean to be in alignment?

Alignment is when we are living within our soul’s purpose. It can feel like every aspect of life is exactly how you want it to be, and alignment is typically accompanied with an abundance of gratitude, love and peace. That can make you believe that those dreams aren’t possible and they are crazy to think. When in reality, that is what your soul dreamed of at the time.

Dreams can certainly change, but you may have oppressed your truest desires because you didn’t think they were practical or possible or you were feared of being judged.

Many people think this way and they take a route in life that is more practical or “easier to accomplish.” This can absorb more of your energy than you realize because you are working harder towards something that isn’t aligned with your soul’s purpose.

Getting into alignment isn’t accomplished just by one step, but by doing a bunch of little things that feel good to you. If you want to be an artist, pick up a paintbrush for fun one day. If you want to live somewhere warm, start researching and visiting places. Getting into alignment is about taking little steps that feel good to you and make you excited and inspired. The universe will take care of the rest.

Dealing With Negative Thoughts

Everyone deals with negative thoughts. The average person has anywhere from 60,000 – 120,000 thoughts a day, 80% of them being negative. That is a lot of negativity to deal with in one day. No wonder we’re exhausted by the time we’re ready for bed. 

 

Thoughts can come out of nowhere, and sometimes we don’t have a choice of what pops into our brains, depending on the scenario. So how do we control our thoughts and emotions? The first step to releasing some of the negativity in your life is by deciding how you react to the negative thoughts. If you find yourself spiraling with a thought and you’re continuing the negativity, stop yourself in your tracks. Think of three positive phrases you can tell yourself for situations like these.

 

For example: Let’s say you are at work and you can’t figure something out. You find yourself thinking about how incapable you are, and questioning your intelligence. As soon as you notice these thoughts, think to yourself these positive phrases. “I am doing my best. I approve of myself. I allow myself to take a break.”

 

The positive phrases could be anything that means something to you. This will help break the patterns of negativity that we have created in our minds. We are physically rewiring our brains when we break patterns, causing new, more positive patterns.

 

This can be difficult in major scenarios, like a breakup or losing a job. In those instances, allow yourself to feel the emotions and honor the thoughts that come up. Once you allow yourself to grieve, start to break the pattern of unwanted thoughts by including positive phrases throughout the day when you start to notice yourself feeling heavy.

 

When we react to the thoughts that come into our minds, we tie an emotion to that thought, making it harder to forget or move on from. If you become angry at yourself for thinking something or frustrated that you keep thinking something, you are making it harder for yourself to move on. By simply acknowledging the thought, and detaching it from your identity, you are conquering that pattern. A thought is simply something that your ego created in your mind, it is not you, your personality, or your identity. It is nothing but a thought. And fortunately, we can change our thoughts whenever we choose to! You hold all of the power.

 

Here are some positive phrases to say to yourself when you are stuck in a negative thought:

 

  1. This is simply a thought, which I can change. I choose to think positive thoughts.
  2. I am at peace with myself.
  3. I can do anything I set my mind to. I am in control of my life.
  4. I approve of myself. I am worthy of my desires.
  5. Today is a good day. I am grateful for my life.

How do affirmations work?

Affirmations are little sayings or sentences that you may say to yourself to encourage the growth of that desire. For example, let’s say you want to get more money. You may say to yourself, “I am willing, ready and able to receive money.” But in the back of your mind you might be saying, “This isn’t going to work. This is dumb.” In the end the negative comment is going to trump the positive affirmation.

 

Positive affirmations are a way of life. The way you think is the way you live. If you truly believe that telling yourself positive things won’t work and your life won’t improve, then it wont. However, if you tell yourself that all the positive affirmations will work and they will change your life, then they have a great chance of doing so.
