How To Heal Yourself

How To Heal Yourself

In our last article we talk about the mind-body connection in relation to disease. In the article, we mentioned Dr. Deepak Chopra’s Radical Well-Being and how he talks about the power of meditation. We’re going to go a little deeper into the importance of meditation and other lifestyle factors that can actually heal yourself.

  1. Sleep: Sleep is the number one thing your body needs. If you’re not getting enough sleep, your body is going through a significant amount of stress. This takes your body out of the parasympathetic nervous system and puts you into fight or flight. Have you ever gotten a poor night of sleep and felt extremely hungry the next day? When you don’t sleep your body produces less leptin and more cortisol. Leptin is the hormone that suppresses your appetite when you’ve had enough to eat and cortisol is your stress hormone. When you’re stressed, your body craves more food and if you don’t have hormones telling you when to stop eating, you may be prone to overeating. This alone can throw your body out of alignment. Cortisol can also mess with your mood, causing more anger. (Hello low vibes!)
  2. Meditation: Meditation brings our bodies into a theta frequency. When you are in a theta state you experience visualization, creativity, insight, peace, and you are connected to the universe. This allows you to decompress, and bring your body back to the sympathetic nervous system. This is where healing can occur. When we heal our bodies, we can experience more positivity, creativity and fun because we’re not reserving energy.
  3. Movement: Moving our bodies allows our lymphatic system to move and cleanse itself. A sluggish lymphatic system leads to lower immunity, fluid retention, and retention of toxins in our bodies. Movement also produces endorphins and other happy hormones that can improve our moods, combatting stress and environmental factors.
  4. Emotions: Recognizing our emotions is extremely important. This doesn’t mean we have to always be happy or positive, in fact that can sometimes be counterintuitive. It’s important to feel your emotions and process them. By processing them and releasing them, we are no longer storing them in the body. Journaling is an excellent way of doing this because your body no longer feels the need to store the memory once it’s written on paper. You can start to release some of that pain.
  5. Nutrition: Fueling your body with food that intuitively feels good to you is extremely important. Knowing your limits and what your body is craving can benefit you and your energy. Our bodies are cyclical, especially for women. It’s important to feed your body what it needs at that moment.

At the end of the day, you are in charge of your healing and preventing yourself from disease. These are the best ways to set yourself up for success. Energy Sound Frequency Therapy will give you the extra benefits on top of all of these points, and improve your life significantly. The Mind Body Connection & Preventing Disease

The Mind-Body Connection & Preventing Disease

When it comes to taking care of our bodies, we know that preventative measures are always more favorable than dealing with disease. When people hear they have a terminal illness or have to live with something for the rest of their lives, their mind immediately goes into shock and acts in a place of fear. Instead of figuring out what their body needs holistically, they put all of their energy into fighting the fire.

Many people will say that “Oh, it’s genetics, I was bound to get it.” or “This is just what happens to people my age.” But the truth is, that’s not technically true.

What are the facts?

Studies from Dr. Bruce Lipton shows that our genes are influenced by our environment. That means, when you live in an environment that is conducive to stress, anger and negative emotions, your body remains in fight or flight, activating your sympathetic nervous system. When this occurs, your genes are susceptible to disease.

In Dr. Deepak Chopra’s Radical Well Being he talks about how our genes are responsive to our lifestyle, and that meditation can heal our bodies. And if we can use our minds to heal our bodies, that means we can also use our minds to harm our bodies through stress. He claims that 95% of diseases are caused by stress and the implications that has on the body.

How to change

But how can we change our environment when our world isn’t always conducive to that? We have jobs, families, overexposure and connection to everything in the palm of our hands. As a society, we are more stressed than ever.

There are many things we can do to heal ourselves. The first and obvious ones are sleep, diet, and exercise. Our genes respond to meditation and our thoughts. Before bed and when you wake up in the morning are optimal times to meditate because your body is still in theta, a frequency that is connected to the unconscious mind. This allows you to connect to a higher source and raise your frequency, making you less reactive to the environment around you. And in turn, this decreases the inflammation in your body. Less inflammation = less disease.

Energy Sound Frequency Therapy is a great way to remove the lower vibrational frequencies in your body by raising your frequency. We store emotions in our body every single day. Whether we’re aware of it or not. It can take years to uncover stored emotions and release them. But Energy Sound Frequency Therapy can release them immediately. This brings you into a state of alignment, making it easier for you to meditate and keep your body in a parasympathetic response.

When it comes down to it, preventing disease is easier than we think. Instead of using negative energy to worry and program our bodies to believe that we are genetically inclined to get a certain disease, it’s beneficial to program our minds to believe that we hold all the power. Through meditation, energy sound frequency therapy, diet, exercise, lifestyle and our thoughts, we can influence our lives in significant positive ways that benefit more than just our health. If we start living in a positive and aligned state, we won’t have to wait until we’re living with a disease to realize we deserve so much more in our lives.

Navigating Through Self Doubt & Lack of Confidence

We live in a world where there are a million images and messages that tell us who we should be, how we should look, how we should feel, and so much more. We’re exposed to more on an average day than our ancestors were exposed to their whole lives. It’s not natural and normal, and it can make us feel inferior or terrible about ourselves.

We recently wrote an article about negative thoughts that dive deeper into how our thoughts create patterns in our brains. But what happens when a pattern is formed and we lack confidence and self-love? What does that look like?

Someone who is experiencing a lack of self-love might feel these emotions:

Withdrawn
Unmotivated
Hopeless
Critical of self
Wanting to stay in the background
Feeling unlovable
Stressed

These emotions can make anyone feel trapped in their own minds, perpetuating those negative thought patterns further. Every thought radiates its own frequency. When you’re radiating a low frequency, you will feel out of alignment. In order to get back into alignment, your frequency will need to be raised. This can be done in a variety of ways.

Getting out in nature
Positive affirmations
Energy Sound Frequency Therapy
Meditation
Exercise
Spending time with loved ones
Doing things you love

Energy sound frequency therapy can help figure out the exact emotion that is causing that lack of self-love/self-doubt and we can use specifically designed sound frequencies to help target that issue, so you can go back to your confident self. When you are aligned, you vibrate at a frequency that attracts more positivity and possibilities into your life, causing more positive patterns to form in your body.

How do affirmations work?

Affirmations are little sayings or sentences that you may say to yourself to encourage the growth of that desire. For example, let’s say you want to get more money. You may say to yourself, “I am willing, ready and able to receive money.” But in the back of your mind you might be saying, “This isn’t going to work. This is dumb.” In the end the negative comment is going to trump the positive affirmation.

Positive affirmations are a way of life. The way you think is the way you live. If you truly believe that telling yourself positive things won’t work and your life won’t improve, then it wont. However, if you tell yourself that all the positive affirmations will work and they will change your life, then they have a great chance of doing so.

Thinking is a habit. If you wanted to quit smoking, you would have to break that habit. Once you officially quit smoking you might have an improved quality of life. You might be able to run longer, stop coughing, have more energy, the list goes on. That is the same way affirmations work. Once you break the bad habit of how you used to think, you will start thinking more positively and positive energy will be attracted to you.

Your life will fill with opportunities, happiness, wealth, health and love, just to name a few. So how do you start with these positive affirmations? Well it’s quite simple. Just start telling yourself positive things!

Do you want to attract more love? Tell yourself this: I have come to this planet to learn to love myself more, and to share that love with all those around me.

Do you want to have more energy? Tell yourself this: Today, I am brimming with energy and overflowing with joy

Do you want forgiveness? Tell yourself this: I forgive those who have harmed me in my past and peacefully detach from them.

If you want a better marriage: My marriage is becoming stronger, deeper, and more stable each day.

If you want more self-love: I acknowledge my own self-worth; my confidence is soaring

If you want good health: I love my body and it is a powerhouse for fueling me. I respect and listen to what it needs.

If you want success: My obstacles are moving out of my way; my path is carved towards greatness.

These are just a few affirmations. You can find them everywhere and you can even create them yourself. It is so important to watch what you think, because that is what you become. Do not deny your power and your worth!
