How To Help Anxiety Without Medication

However, looking at it from a physics point of view may be easier to understand. Everything is made up of atoms. Every single atom vibrates at its own frequency. Every cell in our body is made up of atoms vibrating at different frequencies. When a cell is compromised, so is the frequency of that atom. It is no longer vibrating at the frequency it once was. By increasing the frequency of your body, we are getting you back into alignment. Emotions carry certain frequencies and can affect the way our bodies feel and perform. Treating Anxiety Naturally

Anxiety comes in all shapes and sizes. For some people, it shows up in small habits like picking nails, skin or hair. For others, it’s a full blown panic attack. They can’t think straight, they feel like they are suffocating and the world is collapsing around them. Some people can’t fall asleep at night, drive their cars without dread, or use an elevator without breaking a sweat. Anxiety doesn’t look the same for everyone and it doesn’t feel the same for everyone. Emotions can range from worry, fear, nervousness, dread, panic, excitement, insecurity, doubts, second thoughts, and so much more.

For many years, the symptoms and signs of anxiety weren’t widely known. People would suffer, and believe that something was wrong with their physical health, relationships, and confidence. There weren’t a plethora of tools available, therapy wasn’t openly talked about and many people felt ashamed to have a mental health disorder.

Having anxiety can feel like it’s impossible to ever not feel anxious again. That’s the problem with the disorder, it feels like it’s taking away your power to feel peace, joy and alignment. The smallest tasks may feel like the biggest thing on your to-do list, like going to the grocery store or paying your bills. On the outside, it may look like you are depressed, but it’s the emotion of anxiety debilitating you from accomplishing the things you want to. It can feel helpless, and lonely.

Talk therapy can help, but sometimes it’s exhausting relaying all of the things that make you anxious. Just because something makes you anxious, doesn’t mean it’s the cause of the anxiety. Talk therapy is great for giving you the tools to cope with your anxiety and learn how to live with it, but it may not completely get rid of your anxiety. So how do we get to the root of anxiety?

Getting to the root of anxiety

When anxiety is taking over your life, it means that there is an emotion stored in your subconscious that is making it difficult for your body to release the panic, worry and fear surrounding simple things. You are no longer in a state of alignment, but you are living in fight or flight. Energy Sound Frequency Therapy gets to the root emotion stored in your body that is causing this anxiety and panic. The energy sound frequency eliminates this emotion stored in your cells, causing a ripple effect on your body. Your body is now able to process the emotions of your day to day life without carrying the extra burden of that stored emotion.

Some people may find relief after one session, others may need to do a few sessions before they find complete relief. Shadow work: Shadow work has to do with the idea of uncovering our egos and unconscious minds and discovering our limiting and negative beliefs we have about ourselves and the world around us.
Journaling: Journaling releases the pent up emotions we have absorbed throughout the day. This can help release those emotions so you aren’t further storing them in your subconscious.
Hydrating: Drinking water and keeping that state of flow through your life is important. A dehydrated body can create stuck energy in the body.
